Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
We understand that unexpected situations happen, however as a small clinic, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on us as we are often unable to fill the appointment on short notice. This policy allows us to support our therapists, maintain availability for other clients, and continue providing the level of care you expect.
